Accessibility Statement
Last updated: October 18, 2026
Our commitment
Property Safe Guide strives to provide access to people with disabilities. We want everyone who visits our site, including land buyers, agents, and homeowners, to be able to read our content, understand our products, and make a purchase with confidence.
Our standard
We aim to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. Accessibility is an ongoing effort, and we continue to review and improve our site.
What we have built in
- Full keyboard navigation, with a visible focus indicator and a "Skip to main content" link.
- Labels and descriptions for menus, buttons, and expandable sections so assistive technology can announce them and their open or closed state.
- A clear page structure with headings and landmarks.
- Text that can be resized, and a layout that adapts to phones, tablets, and computers.
- Reduced animation for visitors who have turned on a "reduce motion" setting on their device.
Known limitations
- Checkout. Payments are handled on a secure checkout page hosted by PayHip, a third-party service. We do not control its design or accessibility features.
- Our products. Our checklist system and guide are downloadable spreadsheet and document files. Some features of these files may not work equally well with every assistive technology.
